Assure You Make a Home Health Review Choice Selection for Each National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN) Combination

Providers participating in the home health Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) are reminded they must make a choice selection for each National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN) combination if that PTAN is for one of the states included in the demonstration. The demonstration states are Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida and Texas.
