Submitting Pre-Claim Review Requests

The Review Choice Demonstration information can be submitted via several methods. More information on Pre-Claim Review (PCR) request submissions (PDF) will be available soon. Submitters may submit a PCR request at any time prior to the submission of the final claim. IRFs have an unlimited number of resubmissions of the PCR request prior to the final claim being submitted for payment.
